Trade Stands

The Gosforth Agricultural show is an outdoor event - trade stands are invited to apply for space.  All spaces are 7.5m deep and priced according to the frontage required at £10 per metre.  Trade stands will provide their own stands/tables/marquees etc to display their wares.

The show reserves the right to reject applications where there are too many of the same product.  Completed forms accompanied with correct payment will only be accepted. 

We have many many regular trade stands and therefore some types of produce are already well catered for such as Ice Cream, Coffee/hot drinks, Burgers and Doughnuts but there are so many other areas we would love to see - we are short of food stalls where food is prepared to eat on the field plus those who offer food to take home, especially local produce, cold drinks - milk shakes, specialist wine/alcohol to take home, clothing particularly rural/agricultural/horse/outdoor type, saddlery/pet stands & many more - if you fit into what we are missing please download the pack below and submit your application.

Remember we DO NOT need anymore Ice Cream, Coffee/hot drink, burgers or doughnuts, I'm afraid this will be turned away.
